About
Hi, I'm Toya! (he/they)
I'm a queer graphic designer based in Austin, TX who is passionate about solving visual problems with bold and experimental designs. I earned my Associate’s in Visual Communications with a focus in Graphic Design at Austin Community College and have 3 months of internship experience. I'm seeking a full-time design position focused on typographic design, hand lettering, promotional pieces, and print work.
My interests, along with design, include reading, illustration, performing drag, and spending time with my three cats. I’m passionate about advocating for human rights, particularly LGBTQ+, Latinx, and other minority communities. My dream is to find a position where I can design to support these groups.
